Chinese PE firm FountainVest raises $618m so far from US investors for Fund IVThe amount was raised from 14 US investors.

Chinese private equity (PE) firm FountainVest Partners has so far raised $617.9 million for its fourth fund, FountainVest Capital Partners Fund IV, shows its filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The amount raised, which only shows the participation of US investors, involved 14 investors so far. In a separate filing, the firm also disclosed raising $2 million for FountainVest Capital Parallel-A Fund IV.
