Hong Kong-headquartered real estate private equity firm Gaw Capital Partners is investing in Singapore-based property portal 99.co, DealStreetAsia has learnt.
The property portal is learnt to be raising over $50 million in the round, and other investors are set to join, said a source aware of the developments.
