GOVE COUNTY, Kan. (KWCH) – A man was killed after being ejected from his car in a single-car crash Saturday night in Gove County.
The crash happened around 10:50 p.m. near Gove County Road 30 between County Road Y and County Road Z, about 4.5 miles south of Grinnell.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol’s (KHP) online crash log, 66-year-old Leon Zerr, of Oakley, was driving southbound on County Road 30, and for an unknown reason drove off the road, overturned, and was ejected from his vehicle.
Zerr died at the scene.
