Dear reader,
the new Volkswagen boss Oliver Blume mucks out the portfolio. After the end of the robo car hope Argo AI last week, the Wolfsburg-based company is now dumping its car-sharing subsidiary WeShare in competitor Miles Mobility.
There should be a place for car sharing in the mobility platform planned with Europcar. But first of all, one is glad to have loss-maker WeShare from the payroll. Miles is also ordering at least 10,000 Stromer from VW as part of the deal. You feel more comfortable with building and selling cars in Wolfsburg.
