Dealers have seen a 4.4% increase in enquiries and a 20% increase in sales against the same month last year.
The data from iTrackLEADS also shows a 16% increase in test drives.
Despite supply issues, handovers rose 46%.
Adrian Favill, director of iTrackLEADS, said: “It is heartening to see the data point toward a positive end to the year. The industry has faced tough headwinds, but dealers have become adept at navigating the challenges. They spend significant sums on marketing to bring customers to their door, and technology has an essential role in helping maximise every lead’s value.
“Our data shows it is essential to respond to a lead quickly, with up to 78% of sales going to the dealer that responds to an enquiry first. We constantly seek to improve our software to give dealers the tools they need to exceed customers’ expectations.”
