EKRUT, an Indonesia-based jobs platform, has been acquired by Bangkok-headquartered HR tech platform GetLinks, according to recent filings with Accounting Corporate and Regulatory Authority (ACRA) accessed by DealStreetAsia DATA VANTAGE.
The filings showed that EKRUT’s shareholders, including Indonesia-focused venture capital firms East Ventures and Skystar Capital, have transferred their shares to GetLinks Inc, which operates a platform that connects tech talents with job opportunities across Asia.
