Steven Eagell Group has completed the acquisition of nine Toyota and three Lexus dealerships from Marshall Motor Group, in the South East and South West Midlands.
This brings the total number of sites now operated by the Milton Keynes-based, company to 44 with 32 Toyota and 12 Lexus.
Steven Eagell is currently ranked 23 in the Motor Trader Top 200 Dealer Groups by turnover with revenues of £702.7m.
The acquisition will push it further up the rankings when it is next published in 2024.

There have been a number of changes at Marshall since it was bought by Constellation in 2022.
The same year Kia parted ways with the company ending a 13-year relationship. The parting prompted inevitable speculation at that it was related to the new ownership.
