the number of Chinese automakers striving for Europe seems inexhaustible. Youngest candidate: Chery. Their volume brand “Omoda” will start in Great Britain at the beginning of 2024, and it should also come to Germany in the course of the year.
But that’s not all, with “Jaecoo” and “Exlantix” Chery also wants to win more solvent customers later. Perhaps another player will be added soon with Xiaomi. The world’s largest smartphone manufacturer now has at least permission to build electric cars. The “Go West” movement in the Chinese car scene will keep us busy.
