Kombai raises $4.5m seed funding
Kombai, an India-based AI startup that converts UI designs to code, has raised $4.5 million in a seed funding round.
Stellaris Venture Partners, an early-stage, tech-focused VC firm; and Silicon Valley-based VC firm Foundation Capital led the funding round, while 20 angel investors, including CEOs and CTOs of SaaS firms and a few late-stage investors, participated, according to TechCrunch.
The firm plans to use the new capital for recruiting talent, R&D, and improving its base models and compatibility with libraries and frameworks used by developers, added the report.
