Renault dealers to boost customer service with Keyloop Leads portal

Renault dealers are now using a new customer enquiry portal powered by Keyloop Leads. The platform allows retailers to help from their phones and desktops.

The responses are branded, contain additional attachments such as brochures and videos and are personalised by the salesperson to the customer’s enquiry.

Renault UK partnered with Keyloop Leads to create the portal in anticipation of increased activity in 2024 and new products including the all-new Renault Scenic E-Tech 100% electric, and the launch of the next generation Dacia Duster.

Ben Fish, director of sales at Renault UK said: “Following months of development and testing, we can announce that our new customer enquiry portal from Keyloop Leads is up and running.

“This partnership has enabled us to develop a cutting-edge solution that will ensure we can efficiently meet customer demand and deliver on our promise of excellent customer experience.”

Keyloop Leads is said to help dealerships respond to leads faster and more effectively, aggregating them from over 300 online sources and sending them to sales teams on the showroom floor instantly.

It also provides configurable alerts and ongoing response reminders to help ensure no opportunity is missed.
