German Handelsblatt: Auto industry: Dispute over Mercedes car dealerships escalates – billions are at stake

The car manufacturer wants to sell 80 companies with 8,000 employees. For their approval, trade unionists are demanding 60,000 euros plus up to 60 salaries per employee. “Completely unrealistic,” says Mercedes.
