Keyloop is now a certified reseller of AI Assistant’s ‘Cleanse product, which uses AI and automation to help dealers maintain accurate and current databases.
Cleanse solution automatically verifies vehicle data daily against DVLA and DVSA databases using Virtual Assistants.
This, it said, ensures that the correct Vehicle Registration Mark (VRM), Registration Date, and MOT expiry date are accurately reflected in the DMS records – with no human intervention.
In addition, if a vehicle’s ownership has changed, it automatically updates the Keyloop DMS accordingly, detaching the vehicle from the previous owner’s record.
Graham Stokes, vice president sales UKI & South Africa, at Keyloop said: “With AI Assistant’s Cleanse solution, we can offer retailers an effective and scalable solution that helps save them time during vital tasks while empowering their teams to focus on what they do best – cementing their client relationships and the overall customer experience.”
Ritchie Kelk, director at AI Assistant, said: “Our Cleanse Virtual Assistants are efficient, accurate and scalable.
“They provide an exciting and affordable solution to achieving gold standard data and can free up human members of the team to increase footfall, improve customer service and drive sales.
