Carwow has launched an annual ‘Top Rated’ accreditation for dealers.
The accreditation recognises retailers with a proven track record in delivering exceptional performance through fast response times, high conversion rates and positive customer reviews.
It is open to independent, franchise and direct-to-consumer (D2C) retailers and leasing groups.
To be considered for ‘Top Rated’ status, partners must have been active on Carwow for over six months.
Tailored assessments are made for partners that buy stock from private sellers via Carwow’s daily auctions, or retail to new and used car buyers.
There is also an exclusive category for ‘Top Rated EV Retailer’ to specifically showcase the retailers who, despite the well-documented challenges concerning retail demand, are trailblazing the transition to EVs.
A recent Carwow survey revealed that six in 10 consumers are more likely to change their cars with Carwow retailers who are ‘Top Rated’, giving the qualifying businesses a competitive advantage in an ultra-competitive market.
Accredited retailers will receive a mixture of physical and digital marketing collateral from Carwow to showcase their ‘Top Rated’ status.
Carwow will also showcase the accreditation to consumers at relevant stages of the journey on its website to support consumers’ car-changing decisions.
