Marshall Motor acquires SEAT and Cupra Reading from CitygateMarshall Motor Group has acquired SEAT & Cura Reading from Citygate Automotive.

This acquisition strengthens Marshall’s representation of the SEAT & Cupra brands and enhances its presence in the Thames Valley region.

The acquisition includes the full transfer of sales and aftersales operations at the Reading store on Peppard Road, which is located in a key retail territory for both brands.

Marshall has been expanding. This month announced that it was opening two Omoda & Jaecoo dealerships in Gatwick and Lincoln.

The announcement followed hard on the group opening an Omoda & Jaecoo dealership in Nottingham.

Marshall is ranked six in the Motor Trader Top 200 with annual turnover of £3.7bn. Citygate is ranked 46 with annual turnover of £427.9m.
