BMW CEO Krüger attacks Mercedes “2020, we will be number one again in sales”

The BMW CEO Harald Krüger has announced the competitors Mercedes the loss of the top spot. “In 2020, we will again be the number one in sales and I will commit my team to the goal, even if it will not be a walk,” Krüger said in an interview with manager magazin (release date: 19 January). This is helped by the Group-wide introduction of the Net Promoter Score, which measures customer satisfaction. The instrument provides the “feedback merciless and direct”.
