PPS Trucking has launched three new BharatBenz service touchpoints in eastern Uttar Pradesh, marking a significant expansion of its commercial vehicle support infrastructure in the region. The new facilities, located in Ayodhya and Gorakhpur, aim to enhance access to vehicle servicing, repair, and genuine spare parts for BharatBenz customers.
The inauguration of the new service workshop in Sohawal, Ayodhya, was conducted by Gaurav Srivastava, Head of Network Strategy and Dealer Development at Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), alongside Anshuman Kumar, Zonal Manager for North & East Region, DICV. The event was attended by senior officials from both DICV and PPS Trucking, as well as over 50 customers, fleet operators, and business associates.
Situated on the Ayodhya-Lucknow Highway near Trimurti Dhaba, the Ayodhya facility lies along the Delhi-Guwahati corridor—a major freight route passing through western and eastern Uttar Pradesh, north Bihar, and West Bengal. The 10,000 sq. ft. workshop features three service bays and is staffed by 20 trained technicians. It offers round-the-clock breakdown and accident assistance and is expected to service approximately 1,500 vehicles annually.
In addition, PPS Trucking opened a second service workshop in Kasarwal, Sahjanwa, within the GIDA area of Gorakhpur, located on the Lucknow-Gorakhpur Highway. Spanning 34,000 sq. ft., this facility includes five service bays and is supported by a team of 30 professionals, also providing 24×7 service support.
A third outlet has been established in Kashrauli Village, near Gorakhpur Transport Nagar on the Varanasi Highway. This location will function as a dedicated spare parts outlet, ensuring the availability of genuine BharatBenz components for commercial vehicle operators in the region.
With these additions, PPS Trucking states that BharatBenz customers in eastern Uttar Pradesh can now access service support within a two-hour travel radius. The expansion brings PPS Trucking’s total BharatBenz network to 59 service points across seven states and union territories: Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Odisha, Assam, and Meghalaya.
PPS Trucking currently operates 18 BharatBenz service locations in Uttar Pradesh, with plans to open seven more in the near future.
Rajiv Sanghvi, Managing Director of PPS Trucking, commented on the expansion, noting that the new facilities are part of the company’s ongoing efforts to improve service availability and vehicle uptime for commercial fleet operators. “This expansion reflects our focus on delivering reliable service and support to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency,” he said.
The move aligns with broader industry efforts to strengthen after-sales infrastructure for commercial vehicles in high-traffic logistics corridors across northern and northeastern India.
