Mad Devs aims to boost sales leads for dealers with AI upgrade

Mad Devs is running dealer trials on an AI-powered upgrade to its iTrackLEADS platform, aiming to reshape how motor retailers handle sales leads.

The new AI service integrates intelligent automation directly into the lead management process with a view to delivering gains in efficiency, accuracy, and sales performance.

iTrackLEADS-AI eliminates many of the manual, repetitive tasks that often bog down sales teams.

Tasks like lead capture, scoring, and follow-up are now automated, freeing up staff to focus on higher-value interactions with in-market buyers.

IT draws on data from multiple touchpoints,  including website activity, email engagement, and demographics, the AI engine scores and prioritises leads based on their likelihood to convert.

The advanced targeting ensures sales teams spend time on the right prospects, improving both lead quality and conversion rates.

Adrian Favill, director of Mad Devs, said: “At a time when dealerships are under pressure to do more with less, we’re bringing automation and intelligence to the front line.

The iTrackLEADS-AI module is being trialled with a select group of dealers, with early feedback used to inform its development.
