The British-Indian car manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover Has its production stop After a cyber attack extended again. As the company announced, production should stand still by October 1st. “We made this decision to clarify the coming weeks, while we create the schedule for a staggered restart of our company and continue our investigation,” said a message on the Jaguar-Land Rover website.

Further unclear who is behind the attack
The British news agency PA already quoted an expert last week, from lost profits of up to £ 120 million (around 138 million euros) for the vehicle manufacturer. Accordingly, around 1000 cars run off the assembly line at the company every day – which now stands still.
