Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) sold 5,68,164 units in September 2025, marking a 6% increase over the previous month, the company announced on October 2. Domestic sales accounted for 5,05,693 units, while exports totaled 62,471 units.
For the first half of fiscal year 2026, covering April through September, HMSI recorded total sales of 29,91,024 units. Of this, 26,79,507 units were sold in the domestic market and 3,11,517 units were exported.
The company launched the CB350C Special Edition in the premium 350cc motorcycle segment, priced at Rs. 2,01,900 ex-showroom in Bengaluru. The motorcycle is now available for booking at Honda BigWing dealerships nationwide. HMSI also introduced the MyHonda-India mobile application, designed to provide customers with a digital ownership experience.
In September, HMSI conducted road safety awareness campaigns across 13 cities, including Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Agra, and Trivandrum. The campaigns focused on promoting responsible road behavior through interactive sessions. The company also marked anniversaries of its Safety Driving Education Centers in Vizag, Kozhikode, and Vijayawada.
Honda India Foundation handed over 50 Quick Response Team vehicles to Gujarat Police as part of the Sadak Sahayak project. The initiative aligns with Honda’s goal of achieving a collision-free society by 2050.
The company participated in motorsports events during the month, with MotoGP races held in Catalonia, San Marino, and Japan. Round 3 of the 2025 IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Cup CB300F took place in Chennai.
