EVM, the consumer electronics brand owned by Hundia Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd., has announced its entry into the automotive surveillance space with the launch of the EnEye DashCam. The device is designed and manufactured in India, marking the company’s expansion beyond its existing portfolio of computing and mobility products.
The EnEye DashCam is expected to launch later in October 2025 and comes equipped with 1080P Full HD video recording, a 1.47-inch display, a wide-angle lens, and support for in-app video playback.
The dashcam also includes loop recording functionality, a microphone mute option, and compatibility with both iOS and Android applications. The device features a sturdy ABS plastic body designed for durability.
Each unit will be sold as a bundled package that includes a complimentary 64GB EVM Micro SD card, a 3-meter car charging cable, and Type-C connectivity, according to the company. The product comes with a one-year warranty and includes a complimentary pickup and drop service for repairs or maintenance.
According to market research firm Mordor Intelligence, India’s dashcam market is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 18 percent from 2024 to 2029. However, overall market penetration in India remains below 5 percent, with limited presence from organized domestic brands in the segment.
The dashcam will be available through online retail platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, and the company’s own website, www.evmzone.com. EVM plans to leverage its existing network of 500 service centers across the country to provide after-sales support to customers.
The launch represents an expansion of EVM’s product range, which currently includes IT storage solutions, mobile accessories, audio devices, and power solutions.
The company has indicated plans to introduce additional automotive products post-launch, including dual-channel dashcams, AI-based incident detection features, and fleet-focused video monitoring tools.
