
iGo Wise Mobility, an emerging electric vehicle start-up focused on urban mobility solutions, on Wednesday said it has launched a nationwide customer experience franchise programme as it looks to deepen its retail footprint and create premium, community-led mobility hubs across India.
According to the official press release, the franchise rollout will take place in three phases. Phase-I will cover the Greater Bengaluru Area, Hyderabad, Pune and Panjim over the next six months. Phase-II will expand across South and Central Indian states within 9–12 months, while Phase-III will mark the company’s international foray into Kenya and Nigeria.
The company said that each iGo experience centre will be designed for safety-conscious family buyers, with special emphasis on women and elderly users. Centres will also offer at-home test rides to help customers experience the product before purchase.
Service infrastructure is positioned as a key differentiator. iGo will equip certified partners with predictive mitigation tools, remote-assistance capabilities and assured spare-parts availability. Franchisees will receive complete technical training and support to ensure seamless after-sales service.
Partner support includes full branding and marketing assistance, customer-experience training, dealership-management tools, a dedicated mobile app, and AI-driven inventory systems.
The first set of dealerships will open in February 2025 in Bengaluru, with pilot centres already operational in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
