Endurance Technologies Limited has announced the completion of regulatory approvals for the merger of its Italian subsidiaries, marking a significant step in the company’s international restructuring efforts.
The merger involves the consolidation of Endurance Engineering S.r.l and Endurance S.p.A into Endurance Castings S.p.A, all of which are wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries of the India-based automotive components manufacturer.
According to the company’s disclosure to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India, the Italian Chamber of Commerce has granted the requisite regulatory approval for the transaction. The merger will take effect on January 1, 2026, with an appointed date retroactive to April 1, 2025.
As part of the restructuring, Endurance Castings S.p.A will adopt a new corporate identity, changing its name to Endurance S.p.A from the effective date of the merger.
The consolidation is expected to streamline operations and improve operational efficiency across the company’s Italian manufacturing footprint, though specific financial details of the transaction were not disclosed in the regulatory filing.
