Endurance Technologies Reports Cybersecurity Incident, Operations Unaffected

Endurance Technologies Limited, a leading automotive component manufacturer listed on BSE and NSE, informed stock exchanges on Monday about a cybersecurity incident affecting its IT infrastructure.

The company, headquartered in Pune, detected the breach on December 23 and responded by immediately isolating the compromised systems. Remediation measures were promptly initiated to contain and mitigate the incident’s impact, according to a regulatory filing submitted to BSE and NSE.

In its communication to the exchanges, filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, the company emphasized that current assessments indicate no material impact on its core operations or financial position.

Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Sunil Lalai signed the disclosure, stating that a detailed investigation is currently underway. The company has committed to communicating any material impact to stakeholders should the ongoing investigation reveal significant consequences.

The disclosure follows regulatory requirements for listed companies to promptly inform exchanges about events that could affect their operations or investor interests. Cybersecurity incidents have become increasingly common across Indian corporations, prompting stricter disclosure norms.

The company has not disclosed specific details about the nature of the breach, the systems affected, or potential data compromise, citing the ongoing investigation.
