GCA takes over BMW in Meaux and Fiat in Avranches

It’s hard to start the year 2018. Indeed, the GCA group continues to grow in the BMW / MINI brands by taking over the JDB concession from Meaux (77) to Jean del Beato. With this takeover, the group GCA takes position on a new geographical zone, the east of the Ile-de-France, it which was until now essentially present in a large large west (Normandy, Pays de la Loire, Bordeaux) . The operator had already started its development with the brands of the BMW group in 2015 by acquiring the sites of Saint-Lô, Cherbourg and Granville (50).

At the same time, the group is also working on the Avranches Fiat and Alfa Romeo dealership, Avranchauto. As a reminder, last year, the GCA group had already developed with the brands of the Turin group by taking over the Fiat / Alfa Romeo / Jeep sites in Rennes (35) and Saint-Lô.

In addition to these brands, the GCA group is primarily the leading distributor of Toyota / Lexus brands, with 10% of total sales in France (94,052 VN in 2017, Ed), two panels with which it had further developed the last year by buying the concessions of North and South Nantes, Toyota Redon and Toyota Saint-Nazaire. Finally, the group also distributes the Hyundai brand, of which it is also the second national operator.

In 2017, the group based in Cholet (49) has sold 14,542 VN, 10,892 OV and achieved a turnover of 472 million euros. In addition, the group employs 660 people and reigns over 45 concessions.
