Two years after its creation, Vroomly has moved closer to Via ID to raise 2 million euros. Thanks to the start-up accelerator specialized in new mobility, the garage comparator hopes to boost its development.
Vroomly wants to spend the second. The garage comparator has just closed a € 2 million fundraising campaign with Via ID, a start-up accelerator for the Mobivia group (Smoove, Drivy, Heetch, etc.). This round table should help the pure player accelerate its expansion in France, then in Europe, from 2019. Vroomly also intends to develop its service offering and its partnerships in “the field of mobility”.
“We are delighted to be able to benefit from the support of Via ID, as their resolutely innovative approach to mobility fits perfectly with the vision of transparency that we want to install in the car maintenance market, which will enable us to accelerate our development. and it is very important for us to be able to benefit from Via ID’s experience and support, “said Alexis Frerejean, CEO and co-founder of the start-up.
Created in October 2016, Vroomly relies on an estimator capable of giving the driver instantly the “right price” of an intervention on his vehicle thanks to a database created with more than 700 partner garages. In total, this reference system takes into account more than 20 million interventions on more than 23,000 types of vehicles.
