Shenzhen, Feb. 20, 2017 —Today, Shenzhen DENZA New Energy Automotive Co., Ltd. officially launched the DENZA 400 Electric Vehicle (hereinafter referred to as “DENZA 400”) alongside the announcement of the manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP) of each model in the line including the Lifestyle, Executive and Aurora with the respective MSRP of RMB369,800, RMB 415,800 and RMB 432,800.
Since its presale period, DENZA 400 has received very positive market feedback. Last June, DENZA 400 kicked-off its 80edays journey around the globe. Over the course of 80 days, the DENZA 400 travelled to 19 countries covering a distance of 25,000km to realize its green dream and strength in EV transportation. Afterwards, the DENZA Ease Salon activity was held and DENZA 400 Aurora also made a debut at Mercedes me to showcase the brand’s heritage in German craftsmanship. In addition, the DENZA 400 winter test drive activity was organized in Manzhouli, Inner Mongolia, fully demonstrating the new line’s leading quality and performance even on winter roads.

The all new DENZA 400 will relieve consumers of any worry with its one-stop solution offering which puts it ahead of its peers in the new energy vehicle industry. DENZA attaches great importance to improved EV driving range, performance and experiences so as to bring higher value to consumers. Compared with the DENZA 300 Lifestyle model, the DENZA 400 Lifestyle boasts increased range at the same price level. In terms of service, the DENZA 400 Executive and Aurora will offer an 8-year or 150,000km free maintenance service warranty, letting consumers drive “free from worry”. In addition, for an additional RMB10,000 put towards the purchase of any DENZA 400 model before Mar. 31, a RMB20,000 deduction from purchasing price will be applied.
At the heart of the DENZA 400 is a comprehensively upgraded battery, motor and electric control. The DENZA 400 Aurora features greatly upgraded performance and configurations. Through technology advancements and increased battery energy density, the DENZA battery capacity has been upgraded from 47.5kWh to 62kWh. This improvement has allowed the DENZA 400’s 400km-long range while maintaining the same battery size of previous models. The improvements don’t stop there. The DENZA 400 features an upgraded electric control system including intelligent vibration compensation function, 0.26s full torque response, state-of-the-art electric current monitory system, and microsecond-level handling response. When combined, this array of improvements yields a stable and precise driving experience. For the all new Aurora, there are additional configurations such as panorama roof, three-stage seat heating, ambient lighting system, and “Easy trunk access” trunk induction opening among other features.
