Unipart Logistics has won a five-year contract with Volkswagen Group to run its UK Aftermarket supply chain.
Around 450 people in the 650,000 sq. ft. logistics hub in Tamworth have transferred to Unipart Logistics.
Unipart Logistics is managing the full aftermarket warehouse operation for Volkswagen Group UK, The operation will service more than 900 retailers in the Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda, TPS and Volkswagen commercial brands.
