The map of Spain’s most dangerous roads improves, although there is still a very high percentage of kilometers with high or very high risk. In the last year, the study registered an improvement of 2.2 points in the sections of roads with more danger for drivers, going from 14.4% in 2017 to 12.2% in 2018. The improvement focuses on the kilometers with high risk, which went from 10% in 2017 to 8.1% this year, while the kilometers with the label of black spots due to the high concentration of accidents fell only three tenths, from 4.4% to 4, one%.

In the last seven years, the decrease has been more pronounced, falling from 20.7% to 12.2%. That percentage represents more than 3,000 kilometers with more chances of suffering traffic accidents.
