Warwick-based Rybrook Group is representing Jaguar and Land Rover in Stoke following the completion of its acquisition of the businesses from Pendragon for an undisclosed sum.
The businesses is trading as Rybrook Land Rover Stoke and Rybrook Jaguar Stoke. These new additions increase the Warwick-based Group’s dealerships to 25.
Rybrook already has Jaguar and Land Rover sites in the North West, Wales and West Yorkshire.

Rybrook Group now represents Bentley, BMW, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Land Rover, McLaren, MINI, Pininfarina, Porsche, Rolls-Royce and Volvo.
It operates franchised dealerships in the South West, the Midlands, Wales, the North West and West Yorkshire as well as specialist used car operations in Bristol and Solihull.
Rybrook has been expanding with Jaguar Land rover as part of the shake-up of the two networks with a view to achieving common ownership for the two brands in each market territory.
In Mid-2016 it bought JLR businesses in Huddersfield and a Land Rover dealership in Halifax from Perrys for an undisclosed sum.
Rybrook is rated 20 in the Motor Trader Top Dealer Groups with annual turnover of £672m.
