TMS Volvo, the family-owned Volvo retailer, has completed a £1.7m refurbishment of its Volvo dealership in Coventry.
The new showroom includes a greater display of Approved Used Volvo Selekt models on the forecourt.
The Volvo Retail Experience places a focus on improving the space and design of the dealership.
TMS Volvo Coventry is also in the process of offering the new Volvo Personal Service (VPS).
VPS places more focus on Volvo technicians liaising with their customers from the point of booking through to explaining the services.
Len Hallows, managing director at TMS Motor Group, said: “We invested in our Coventry dealership so that we could give new and existing customers the best Volvo experience possible.”
Hallows took on the Volvo franchise in Hinckley in 2006 and obtained its second Volvo dealership in Coventry (formerly Tollbar) in September 2008.
In 2014 TMS Motor Group acquired the Kia Franchise for the Hinckley, Nuneaton, and Tamworth areas. In 2015 Hallows’ four sons, Ben, Tom, Dominic, and Oliver, were all appointed as directors of the company.
TMS was Kia Global Dealer of the Year and Volvo Regional Dealer of the Year in 2017. It is rated 178 in the Motor Trader Top 200 with annual turnover of £49.6m
