Marshall Group has opened a new Nissan dealership in Lincoln combining sales, aftersales, service and used car facilities together in one modern state of the art facility.
The new dealership includes a new customer Re:Fuel lounge where visitors can relax with a hot or cold drink, and an innovative design lab.
Here, customers can explore the various personalisation options available, with physical examples of trim and upholstery, and use a touchscreen table to help them visualise what their car would look like.
David Crooks, dealer principal said “The brand new site is a huge reflection on the culture of growth and progression at Marshall.
“Working alongside construction consultants APSS, we have not only increased the size of the showroom, which allows us to show more of the award-winning Nissan line-up, but we have also been able to upgrade our customer waiting areas with the latest facilities available.
“This significant investment into the new facilities demonstrates our confidence of our long standing partnership with Nissan and with the recent reveal of the stunning new JUKE, due here in November, we are excited to see the future product start to come through.
“The feedback from our customers and employees has been fantastic. It’s great to see so many people get just as excited as we are for the move.”
Marshall Motors also recently completed the acquisition of Honda Reading and Newbury from Jardine, which is exiting the Honda franchise.
Marshall CEO Daksh Gupta said the move was in line with its strategy of growing with the car brands it already represents.
“The acquisition extends our excellent long standing relationship with Honda and sees us become the second largest franchise partner in the UK with eight locations.
Marshall now represents Honda in Harrogate, Hull, South Leicester, Newbury, Peterborough, Reading, Scarborough and York.
