Vietnam punishes Volkswagen because of navigation card

VW has legal trouble again. The is not as big as the exhaust scandal, but curious: The group should have violated the “sovereignty of the State of Vietnam” – by a navigation app.

The Vietnamese authorities have a fine against Volkswagen imposed because a group navigation app spent large parts of the South China Sea as the territory of China. The representation had violated the sovereignty of Vietnam, the Vietnamese Customs Office said.
