Citygate has bought Volkswagen dealerships in Brentford and Twickenham from Inchcape.
the Brentford business becomes its largest dealership with a 1.6-acre site, four floors and 28 service bays.
Twickenham will undergo a refit to become a brand-new SEAT dealership offering SEAT and Volkswagen servicing.

Citygate represents Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Skoda, SEAT, Cupra and Kia in London, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
It also has five bodyshops, two standalone preparation centres, a new car storage facility and five TPS outlets.
The business began in 2006 with five locations and through a positive focus on people and performance to deliver excellence, have grown to have 13 dealerships located in London, Chalfont, High Wycombe, Watford, Colindale, Ruislip, Bushey, Wooburn Green, Slough and Reading.
Citygate is rated 69 in the Motor Trader Top 200 with annual turnover of £218.3m and pre tax profits of £2.9m. It employs around 500 staff.
