TrustFord has been ranked 20th on the Sunday Times Best Big Companies to Work For 2020.
This is the fifth year running that the company has made the list.
The only automotive company to be named to the list, it employs 3015 staff over 195 sites, with staff turnover of 27%.
Staff is 76% men to 24% women, and the average age is 40.
26% of staff earn over £35,000 per annum.
The Sunday Times reports that 77% of TrustFord staff feel their my manager talks openly and honestly with them, and 83% of staff believe they can make a valuable contribution to the success of this organisation.
TrustFord was not the only retailer mentioned in the Sunday Times’ lists.
In the 100 Best Mid Companies to Work, Porsche Retail Group placed 42nd, the highest for the motor industry.

Motorpoint also made the list in 100th place.
