APOLLO AUTOMOBIL ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF MERGER & ACQUISITION TRANSACTION

● Apollo Automobil announces WE Solutions Limited (860.HK) acquires a 86% stake in the European hyper-car manufacturer’s holding company in an M&A transaction.

HONG KONG, March 17, 2020 — Apollo Automobil is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with WE Solutions Limited (860.HK) whereby WE Solutions will acquire a 86% stake in the European hyper-car manufacturer’s holding company.

In an extraordinary general meeting held on March 12, 2020, the shareholders of WE Solutions Limited approved the acquisition of 86% of the Apollo Group and the name change of WE Solutions Limited to Apollo Future Mobility Group.

The focus of the combined group will be looking beyond EV and alternative energies, in a true holistic initiative to identify and pioneer the ultimate sustainable future of mobility. The group’s concentration will be tailored around the pillars of artificial intelligence, intelligent infrastructure, applied materials, safety innovation and disrupting the mobility industry from a foundational perspective.
