We will then continue giving each collaborator the opportunity to download an App to receive medical health support in monitoring the symptoms of the virus. Thanks to the application it will also be possible to track the contacts of individual users, anonymously and in aggregate form. Data management will be entrusted to an external company outside of Ferrari, which will thus not have access to individual information on the movements and contacts of individual workers. However, this data will be useful in the event of a user’s positivity to Covid-19, thus allowing his contacts to be reconstructed with certainty within the “Ferrari Community”.
Factory Psychologist and Covid-19 Case Assistance
Ferrari will also provide a health and psychological, telephone and home care service to its people. In the event of a positive result at Covid-19, they will be provided with specific insurance coverage as well as accommodation suitable for self-isolation, with medical and nursing care at home and support for medical material (such as medicines, oximeter and, in case of emergencies , oxygen).
Collaboration with the Emilia Romagna Region Ferrari will share the outcome of the “Back on Track” project with the Emilia Romagna Region, with the aim of making the project’s practices and know-how available to the community of regional and national companies, free.
