TomTom Cooperates with Zenuity, Baidu & Qualcomm

The industry participants are moving closer together: TomTom, Baidu and Qualcomm on maps.

The map service provider and competitor of HERE. TomTom, has on the CES 2018 new map services introduced: TomTom AutoStream and TomTom MotionQ.

The AutoStream service is a map-providing service for up-to-date data, such as the curve curvature or the slope of the route, from the TomTom Cloud. MotionQ is a forecasting concept for traffic. Both services are also suitable for assistance systems right through to autonomous driving.

The AutoStream service already has two customers.
