From September, however, the car should come onto the market, which was originally intended for the summer. But the car will not offer all the promised features that the software owes. Therefore, there will soon be an update, which should also be done more often.
Smartphone integration then also works in the ID3, but without Android or CarPlay. Volkswagen has developed its own variant that comes with an update and is called “App-Connect”. The model ID 3 should be available for order soon and will cost less than 30,000 euros.
