Europa Press: Luca de Meo ‘fishes’ now at Citroën and hires Arnaud Belloni for the Marketing and Sales area000371

BOULOGNE-BILLANCOURT (FRANCE), Sep 15 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The French automotive group Renault has hired Arnaud Belloni, who has served as Citroën’s Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, Communication and Sport since 2015, as a new member of the company’s Sales and Marketing team.
As reported by Renault in a statement, Belloni will join the diamond group on November 15 and will report directly to the new CEO of the company, Luca de Meo, who is renewing the management team of the French consortium with new additions from from other companies in the sector.
The 53-year-old Belloni was responsible for positioning and launching the latest Citroën models, such as the C3 or C5 Aircross, and has extensive experience in the automotive sector, both in France and in the field international.
The manager began his professional career in 1993 at Renault and in 1999 he moved to Skoda, although in 2004 he joined Fiat, occupying different positions, among which the CEO of Lancia in France stands out. In 2011, within the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles group, he moved to Shanghai (China), as Vice President of Marketing for the Asia-Pacific region.
Belloni’s arrival at Renault represents the fourth signing that Luca de Meo has made since his arrival at the diamond corporation, after the hiring of Alejandro Mesonero-Romanos (Seat), Gilles Vidal (Peugeot) and Christian Stein (Seat).
