Vertu Motors has acquired the Kia Nottingham dealership from Sandicliffe.
The transaction will bring the number of outlets operated by the Group in Nottingham to nine.
Kia in Nottingham expands Vertu Motors’ representation in the city, adding to the already established Renault, Dacia, Honda Bikes, Citroen, Hyundai, Honda, and two Volkswagen outlets.
It becomes the Group’s third Kia site following the additions of Kia Bradford and Kia Edinburgh earlier this year.
The Nottingham operation will be branded Vertu Kia.
Robert Forrester, chief executive of Vertu Motors, said: “I am pleased to announce the expansion of the business in Nottingham and to welcome the new colleagues to our Group.
“It is great that we have added to our Kia representation with the addition of our third dealership this year. It complements and expands our presence in Nottingham and demonstrates the confidence we have in the city and its economy.”
