MADRID, Dec. 3 (EUROPA PRESS) –
Heycar has launched in Spain its ‘online’ platform for the sale of second-hand cars, which has models less than eight years old and 150,000 kilometers and has the collaboration of more than 180 dealers.
Thus, the main objective of the firm is to create and offer better solutions, both for buyers and for the different players in the automobile sector who are interested in offering their services through an ‘online’ channel with all the guarantees. For this reason, the platform is open to dealers of all brands and collaborates with their financiers to help in the acquisition process.
After its launch in Germany and the United Kingdom, Heycar arrives in Spain, so that in the domestic market it is owned by Heycar Group (Mobility Trader Holding, Heycar’s parent company globally, made up of Volkswagen Financial Services, Volkswagen and Daimler Mobility ) and by Seat, which has a 24.9% stake in the shares.
“The Spanish market is an important step in our internationalization. We are particularly pleased to have Seat as our partner, a leading local brand with extensive experience and knowledge of the market”, commented the CEO of the Heycar group, Florian Schieper .
For his part, the general dissector of Heycar Spain, Fedor Artiles, has indicated that the firm is committed to transparency and trust with customers, allowing them to easily find their second-hand car with a guarantee.
“Currently there is a concern in dealer networks about the increased cost that must be faced to publish second-hand cars on ‘online’ platforms, as this reduces margins without ensuring a greater quantity and quality of potential customers or sales “, assured Artiles, who explained that Heycar does not charge the centers for putting their cars on sale.
