Since they began their experience with Nexa Autolocor and MoonWalk, they have optimized the workshop’s mixing room for cleaner, safer and much more efficient repairs.
With the current situation, dealers and workshops They constantly seek new ways to be more efficient and innovate in any of their work processes. A recent real success story has been that of the dealer Ford Deysa. Thanks to the incorporation of automatic paint mixing systems, such as Nexa Autocolor and MoonWalk, they have managed to be at the forefront of technology and improve workshop dynamics.
In this way, they have managed to improve the profitability of customers and benefit from other advantages. The Deysa dealer’s After Sales Manager, José Manuel Puebla, shares his experience with this technology and explains in detail how they have managed to be more efficient and competitive.
“We have only been running MoonWalk for a few weeks at our facility. But specialist technicians and their direct managers have already seen significant improvements in their daily work. The first of all is that we have achieved a perceptible improvement in the general dynamics of the workshop ”, he points out.
Among other tangible advantages, this manager points out that “for example, painters no longer have to prepare the color / varnish to use in each intervention. This helps improve times in each repair process. In this way, we have optimized both the times of each operation and the use of materials. Now only one person is involved in making the mixtures. This can be seen in the consumption of material, substantially reducing product waste ”.
Improvement in the dynamics of the workshop and its employees
Similarly, Bernardo Valero, Head of Service, emphasizes another element that he considers important and in which the improvements, thanks to the use of MoonWalk, are evident. “When it comes to the impact on efficiency, our first impressions are very good. However, shortly we will be able to analyze the results in depth and quantify exactly how we have really improved in this aspect as well ”.
Another aspect where the Ford Deysa After-Sales Manager and his team have detected a clear improvement has been in the cleanliness of the facilities. “Now, the paint box has gained in cleanliness and image, something that, as an official workshop, we especially value”.
