Automotive Transformation Group has bought software supplier SalesMaster for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2009 and headquartered in the UK, SalesMaster serves franchised dealer sites in its domestic market.
Its key products are inventory stock management tool Stockbook, vehicle booking system Demo Diary and Fleetbase, its fleet order management platform.
The company saw losses of -£290,490 in 2020 on turnover of £1.43m compared to profits of £339,862 on turnover of £1.6m the prior year.
Its software solutions will now be integrated into the parent company’s platform, adding specific expertise and insight in the areas of stock management software development.
