Chinese firm BYD posts 314.9% growth in electrified vehicle sales

Chinese manufacturer BYD posted a 314.9% year-on-year increase in electrified vehicle sales in June in its mission to surpass Tesla. Worst June for new car registrations in 26 years

The number of new cars registered in the UK last month was the lowest in June since 1996, new figures have revealed, as supply shortages hampered the automotive industry.
