Blacklane, a Berlin, Germany-based provider of chauffeur services, received a Double-Digit Million Dollar Series F investment from Gargash Group and Mercedes-Benz Mobility.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to focus on its fleet’s transition to electric vehicles (EVs) including a retained charging network to accelerate its path to net zero.
Led by Jens Wohltorf, CEO and founder Blacklane is a provider of chauffeur service for travelers moving through over 50 countries worldwide. Its services include on-demand chauffeured rides within cities, hourly bookings, and inter-city commutes, alongside classic airport transfers.
