Teamwork: The photographer Paul Ripke has been following Formula 1 races for Mercedes for years. The result is a series that shows how much the racing team’s success is based on teamwork. During pit stops, for example, tenths of a second decide whether the driver can get back on the racetrack quickly enough without losing places. Here is a picture from the Singapore Grand Prix 2018.
