Dear reader,
It’s getting down to business in the German auto industry. Jobs are no longer just being lost along the demographic curve. Example Conti: What my colleagues Claas Tatje and Michael Freitag already did reported on Sunday, the supplier confirmed on Monday; thousands of jobs are being lost. “Performance programs” also run elsewhere, for example at Volkswagen or ZF Friedrichshafen. The signals are clear everywhere: things are likely to be more painful than ever.
For us at manage:mobility this means: we don’t run out of material. Our newsletter has been around almost exactly two years to the day. Thank you for lots of praise and criticism, please keep it up!
