Audi promises faster charging stops and effective route guidance for its electric Q 8 Etron, which we drove in the Sportback model variant 55 with its maximum charging power of an impressive 175 kilowatts. The base price is 90,000 euros, our test car, including some extras, came to more than 120,000 euros. The battery with 106 kilowatt hours net promises a range of up to 530 kilometers with standard consumption of between 20 and 24 kilowatt hours for 100 kilometers. In the third mix of city, country road and highway as well as a careful driving style, we achieved an average consumption of 25.5 kilowatt hours with peaks well into the 30s.
