Employees who do not respond to calls or emails from their boss after work do not have to face consequences under employment law. While this caused a stir down under, German users responded to the report on platform X (formerly Twitter) soberly at the beginning of the week. The initiative was largely commented on with posts such as “work cell phone off” or with references to the strict working hours law.
