Is this the future of electric travel? We leave the A3 motorway and drive into a gloomy industrial area in Hilden, North Rhine-Westphalia. At the destination we are amazed: no less than 40 Tesla charging stations, called Superchargers. The area is covered and appears friendly. Next door is a bistro where young families are having breakfast and older men are drinking their cappuccinos on this Saturday morning; the atmosphere is cozy.
